Since I opened Tisti Pastry&Tea Room in January 2022, where lifelong friend and former schoolmate Davide Anchisi and a team of promising young people work with me, we have activated Collaborations with restaurants, hotels and other entities in the food and wine world, partnerships and consultations for the supply of confectionery products for events, fairs and shows.
We are able to provide fresh pastry products, single-portion, brioche, cookies and cakes that can also be designed and created to order.
